Effective, beneficial therapy should go beyond just your therapy sessions. There are many excellent books and resources that can help you through your hard times, as well. Literature can be very helpful and healing , and it is a wonderful way to explore mindfulness and improve your health and sense of wellbeing. The following authors are particularly recommended.
